Delivery Time=Processing Time+Shipping Time
It takes about 1-2 business days to prepare in-stock orders. To determine approximate processing time on item(s) you have selected, check the availability near the photo. Our timelines might be extended during peak seasons and sales events.
Shipping time is determined by the option you select at check-out.
Standard First Class Mail is $6.50 with shipping time of 1-5 business days and Priority Mail is $10.50 with shipping time of 1-3 business days. These are postal service approximate ship times which are not guaranteed and do not include order processing time prior to shipping.
Orders are processed in the order they arrive and the shipping option selected does not alter the processing time. When you order we gather all your items into one package to keep the shipping & handling cost low. That's one way we're able to offer such great deals! So, if you've ordered one in-stock item and one made-to-order item, they will ship together when the order is complete.
T-Shirt orders and International orders are not eligible for free shipping or shipping discounts. Delivery to APO/FPO (Army Post Office/Fleet Post Office) is for delivery to the processing center only.
Shipments are processed on weekdays, orders taken on weekends will be processed as if received on the following Monday. The delivery times listed are not guaranteed but are our best approximation and can vary with specific requests.
Shipments are mailed to the shipping address that you provide at check-out. Inspiranza Designs cannot be held responsible if the incorrect address is provided. If package is returned to Inspiranza Designs for incorrect or insufficient address, we will contact you for correct address and re-ship. The re-ship fee will be charged to your original form of payment.
When your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number so you can watch the status all the way from our studio to your mailbox.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact your local United States Postal Service Branch and address the issue directly with them if you did not select Package Protect Replacement (PPR) at check-out. Inspiranza Designs does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Package Protect Replacement (PPR)
We offer an option to add Package Protect Replacement (PPR) during the check-out process. When you add PPR at check-out, you can easily file issues for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in the unfortunate case they arise.
