RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Any item may be returned for an exchange or refund when it meets the following criteria:

  1. Jewelry is in new and unworn condition with original box; and
  2. Returned within 30 days of the original ship date; and
  3. Is not hand-stamped or personalized; is not an adjustable size ring (toe/finger), or is not a final sale item.

We want you to love our jewelry so that's why each piece of Inspiranza Designs jewelry in our line is guaranteed to satisfy you in every way.

If for any reason an item (other than personalized, hand stamped or final sale) does not meet your full expectations, just return it in new and unworn condition with proof of purchase within 30 days for a refund, exchange, or credit to be used toward a future purchase.  Inspiranza Designs does not warranty against lost or stolen items.

Items, particularly rings, that are worn will display signs of wear that can show up in the form of small scratches or dings. These scratches will be most seen on the back of the ring on the shank. Even a short time of wearing will result in slight scratches. We cannot resell a ring containing these scratches and that makes it unreturnable.

If you find that a ring you received is not good fit, please do not wear it. We want to be able to assist you in an exchange if you need a different size. A worn ring return will not be processed for exchange or refund and will be returned to you without any processing due to signs of wear.

Items being returned to Inspiranza must be returned in original jewelry box and in proper packaging like a poly envelope or sturdy postal envelope sufficient for shipping. Any product damaged or lost from improper shipping is not the responsibility of Inspiranza and therefore, will not be exchanged or refunded.

When your return/exchange is approved, you will receive a return label.  Should you decide to use the label, you will be charged $4.  This fee will come out of your refund or an invoice will be sent.  If you would rather take care of the shipping on your own, we recommend that your item is returned via USPS First Class Mail with a Tracking Number. Shipping charges from the original purchase and to return the item are non-refundable. In the rare event your return is lost in transit once shipped, we are not responsible, but will do what we can to help you locate it. Please allow up to 21 days for us to receive and process your return.

We will process one exchange shipment at no additional S&H charge. If your exchange results in more than one shipment, you will be charged an additional $6.50 for S&H for each shipment.

When shipping is included in the product price, such as an offer of “Free Shipping”, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. If a partial refund is requested and original order received free shipping for exceeding $100, please be aware that the free shipping will fall off if the order falls below the $100 minimum qualifier.) If a discount is offered on a product for purchasing a certain dollar amount and part of the order is returned, the discount will also be lost and items will return to their full price and the refund will reflect that difference. If you received a special promotion item free or at a discount for spending a minimum required amount and you want to refund/or exchange resulting in an amount below the required minimum, you will be charged the retail price of the promotion item, unless it is also returned (items can only be returned as long as they are in new and unworn condition within 30 days).

Jewelry Care - Sterling silver jewelry can last a lifetime but it requires care to keep it in the best condition. Here are some suggestions to help. Tarnish is not a defect but is natural with sterling silver jewelry.  Please see here.

Wearing your silver jewelry is the best way to slow tarnish build-up. But if you have several pieces, as most of us do, you cannot wear it all daily. Here’s an easy solution to care for the pieces while you are not wearing them. Store your jewelry in an airtight bag between wearing. If you notice tarnish, the first step to cleaning your jewelry is soap and water (liquid soap like you would use in the shower or to wash your hands) dilute the soap and create some suds in your hands and give your jewelry a gentle washing. Then rinse and dry with a soft cloth. This will not damage your jewelry as long as you do not have extended exposure or pressure. A gentle washing and drying is the first and safest way to keep your jewelry looking beautiful.
