Our Family Necklace is sterling silver and comes to you on a 16 chain. If you prefer a longer length, you may select 18, 20, 24 or 30 inches for a small additional fee. The tree pendant measures 1" in length and width and is personalized with one initial (please select your initial above). The piece is further enhanced with your choice of handcrafted birthstones from January to December to represent all the loves of your life. You may select the necklace with or without birthstones. Each birthstone you select is provided at an additional fee and you may select up to a total of 8 (if more are needed please inquire).

Will the letters/numbers on a personalized piece be perfectly straight and centered?
More often then not the letters or numbers are not perfectly straight, resulting in a handmade organic feel. Personalized or stamped items are not returnable due to the nature of hand stamped style.

30 Day Warranty: Provided at no cost. New and unworn jewelry can be returned for an exchange or refund. Also covers repair or replacement due to defects in workmanship and/or materials.
Extended 3 Year Warranty: Available for $7.00. Extended 3 Year Warranty provides coverage for defects in workmanship and/or materials beyond the initial 30 Day Warranty and includes: replacement of missing stones, clasp repair or replacement, and chain repair or replacement.
Warranty does not include jewelry that is damaged due to abuse, theft, loss, or accidental damage. Return shipping is not covered by this warranty.
