Does Inspiranza Designs jewelry have a guarantee?
We are so confident in the quality of our merchandise, that we guarantee your satisfaction. This guarantee is valid only with the original product owner and does not apply to normal wear and tear.

45 days of purchase – Exchange or Refund
for new and unworn jewelry
If within 45 days of purchase your jewelry is not as expected, you may exchange or return your jewelry for refund. Items only accepted if found to be in new and unworn condition and accompanying original packing slip. All exchanges or replacements accompanied by the original packing slip dated within 45 days of purchase will be handled free of charge.

Since we are so confident in the quality of our products, we provide a 120 day warranty on Inspiranza Designs jewelry against damage due to manufacturers’ defects. If your item falls within the warranty it will be replaced or repaired at no charge to you.

After 120 days of purchase – Replacement or Repair
If after 120 days of purchase your jewelry item is found to contain a manufacturer’s defect, you may return the item for repair or replacement for a small handling fee of $5.00 per jewelry item. The replacement item is guaranteed for a period of 120 days and is subject to replacement of the same item only and may not be exchanged for a different item.

How do I send in my Inspiranza Designs jewelry for warranty service?
Please contact your independent Inspiranza Designs Consultant to facilitate your return or exchange. If you cannot contact your Consultant, Inspiranza Designs will assist you in locating them.

ALL replacements or refunds MUST be handled through the Independent ISC and not Inspiranza.
Refunds are not available after 45 days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Allow 3 weeks for refund or replacement of product.
