Customer satisfaction is top priority at Inspiranza Designs. To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer a full Lifetime Replacement Warranty on our jewelry.

EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
Within forty-five (45) days of purchase an item may be returned in new and unworn condition for exchange or refund with accompanying original receipt.

LIFETIME REPLACEMENT WARRANTY
Inspiranza Designs warrants to customers that the jewelry will be free of manufacturer’s defects. This warranty does not include damage to the product resulting from tarnish, accident or misuse, or normal wear and tear. If a jewelry item is found to contain a manufacturer’s defect, Inspiranza Designs will repair or replace it. If the item cannot be repaired and is no longer available, the item will be replaced with an item of equal value. Item to be determined by the customer. If an item of greater value is selected, the retail difference and applicable sales tax are required.

LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY
Watches come with a one-year limited warranty which does not cover damage from accidents or misuse, normal wear and tear, safety chains, watch bands, watch crystals or watch batteries.

RETURN PROCEDURES
Please contact your independent Inspiranza Silver Consultant to facilitate your return or exchange. If you cannot contact your Consultant, Inspiranza Designs will assist you in locating them.

ALL replacements or refunds MUST be handled through the Independent ISC and not Inspiranza.
Refunds are not available after 45 days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Allow 3 weeks for refund or replacement of product.
